Sanja Dragic, a respected HR Professional, has garnered over 15 years of valuable experience across the Mining, Forestry, Engineering and IT sectors. A graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, her career includes significant tenures at New Gold Inc and Ausenco, as well as other junior mining companies. Over the years, she sharpened her expertise as part of corporate, site, project management, and exploration teams. Currently, as a consultant, Sanja leverages her extensive multi-industry knowledge to spearhead strategic Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives. She is a highly qualified professional with deep global networks across a variety of industries.

LENKA O'HARE

Lenka O’Hare embodies HR leadership, with a rich tapestry of experiences woven over 15 years across diverse sectors including Mining, Retail, Distribution, and Engineering. Known for her operational acumen and attention to detail, Lenka has been instrumental in shaping the employee life cycle at various organizations. Lenka’s comprehensive HR experience includes advising both start-ups and established companies, demonstrating her ability to adapt and deliver impactful talent solutions at any scale. She is a highly qualified professional with deep global networks across a variety of industries.
